Analisis Minat Lulusan Siswa SMA di Magelang terhadap Perguruan Tinggi: Studi Deskriptif Kuantitatif

Pemilihan perguruan tinggi oleh siswa SMA merupakan keputusan yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi peminatan siswa terhadap perguruan tinggi, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup aspek-aspek seperti reputasi perguruan tinggi, ketersediaan program studi, biaya pendidikan, lokasi, dukungan orang tua, dan informasi promosi. Kuesioner tersebut diisi oleh siswa SMA yang sedang mempertimbangkan pilihan perguruan tnggi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa reputasi perguruan tinggi dan peluang kerja pasca-kelulusan menjadi faktor paling dominan. Faktor lain, seperti biaya hidup di sekitar kampus, keberadaan beasiswa, dan peran bimbingan dari sekolah, juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perguruan tinggidan sekolah untuk memperbaiki pendekatan dalam menarik calon mahasiswa dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan tinggi.
